"Tandav" is a form of the classical dance Kathak. It is performed by Lord Shiva as part of the destruction of the universe, so it can regenerate cleaner and purer. Since childhood, my pet name has been Shiva or Shib, so I thought what would be a better name than one that implies destruction and birth of something awesome in my kitchen.
