Naan Pizza

So easy to make, with as many variations as things in your fridge.

What I used:
- storebought naan
- pepperjack cheese shredded
- sliced tomatoes
- sliced onions
- cilantro paste
- hot sauce

Slather some cilantro paste and hot sauce on the naan. Layer the tomatoes and onions (and anything else you want) and cover with shredded pepper jack cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or till the cheese browns on top.
Cut into slices and enjoy!!!

A very good use for cocoa puffs

As if the cereal itself wasn't enormously bad for you, I had to find a recipe to make it worse :-)

Actually, since nobody in our house eats this cereal, and it somehow made it into our pantry, I looked up recipes and found 1 I thought might be good.

Take the following ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/8 cup honey

and heat them on medium heat pn the stove, till it's all mixed together and a nice liquid consistency. Turn the heat off and add the following to the liquid mixture:

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/4 cups cocoa puffs

Mix well and drop by the spoonful onto parchment or wax paper to dry. Do it fast, it's harder once it starts cooling. They were yummy. I must have amde 2 dozen and this morning, there only 5 left. By the time I left the house, only 3 were surviving.
