"Tandav" is a form of the classical dance Kathak. It is performed by Lord Shiva as part of the destruction of the universe, so it can regenerate cleaner and purer. Since childhood, my pet name has been Shiva or Shib, so I thought what would be a better name than one that implies destruction and birth of something awesome in my kitchen.

Recipes for the future
Things I want to make in the future when I have some time:
fruit cake (not the Christmas fruit you guys are used to, this is somethign we got in India, moist cake full of fresh fruit int he cake and in the icing)
