Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) black eyed peas, drained
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) white hominy, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped fresh
- 1 cup picante sauce
Mix and chill at least 2 hours
Serve with tortilla chips
