- 1 whole fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- ~ 20 habaneros, diced
- 2 tbsp ginger powder
- 1.5 cups apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 tsp salt
What I did:
- Heated the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt over medium heat till everything was dissolved
- Added the pineapple and peppers
- Simmered on medium heat for an hour, stirring it often
- Poured into my Vitamix and pureed it up
- Spooned it into jars and let it cool
- Ate it with cheese and crackers
